Natural Beauties OR Plastic Beauties?

i'll definitely go for natural beauties, who DON'T right?
but...
if one day i plan to live in korea for the rest of my life,
i might consider a plastic surgery too!
it's already so common in korea, it's more like a trend there.
when a pretty woman meets another pretty woman,
the first word they exchange is not hi, but...
"where did u had ur nose done?"
and when a man meets a woman the first thing that come across his mind is,
is she REAL or FAKE?
